Summer 2016 Assessment Summary

Please note that the 2016 Key Stage 2 SAT results  are not directly comparable with previous years as they are the results of the first set of tests to be issued following a significant increase in the level of challenge in both the curriculum being tested and the format of the tests themselves. The most important figure to note is the Reading, Writing and Mathematics combined which shows how many children reached the age related expectation across all three areas. Highwood’s combined figure was 59% which is 6% above the national average of 53% for schools across England.
