At our school, we believe every child can be a leader. Our Pupil Leadership groups give children the opportunity to share their ideas, make decisions, and help improve our school community. Through these roles, pupils learn about the British Values of democracy, individual liberty, mutual respect, tolerance, and the rule of law by taking part in voting, teamwork, and whole-school initiatives.
We also place a strong emphasis on developing oracy, encouraging pupils to speak confidently in meetings, lead projects, and present their ideas to others.
Our leadership groups include:
- Science Ambassadors
- School Council and ECO Council
- OPAL Ambassadors
- Library Ambassadors
- TTRS Ambassadors
These opportunities help pupils grow into confident, responsible, and caring members of our school community.

Our Science Ambassadors are a group of enthusiastic children who love asking questions and exploring how the world works! We meet regularly to share exciting ideas and plan fun projects for the whole school.
Recently, we organised Science Week, packed with hands-on experiments, and even enjoyed an inspiring trip to the Science Museum. We can’t wait to see what we discover next!
